Digital Content Strategist

Job Description:

As a Digital Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our premium skincare brand. With a passion for beauty and skincare trends, you will create and execute compelling content strategies for Instagram and other platforms, manage our online brand presence, and collaborate with influencers to elevate brand awareness and user engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of social engagement metrics, and experience in social media marketing or influencer management, preferably in the beauty industry. You will work closely with our creative team, leveraging your skills in tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, and scheduling software, to drive results-driven campaigns that showcase our high-performance skincare solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing and growing our social media accounts, planning and publishing content aligned with monthly campaigns and product launches, collaborating with video editors and graphic designers to ensure high-quality visuals, identifying and maintaining relationships with influencers and content creators, and tracking their performance. Additionally, you will engage with our online community through comments, direct messages, and story interactions, report on engagement metrics, and suggest improvements based on data.

  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and make data-driven decisions
