About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team and focus on proposals and bidding for audio-visual projects.

The ideal candidate will craft detailed proposals and bids for projects ranging from simple Sonos audio-video installations to complex systems with automated shades.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
  • Develop bids for projects, from basic Sonos setups to high-end AV systems with automated shades.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
  • Perform cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment to support bidding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements and timelines.
About You
  • Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project estimation, proposal writing, and bidding processes.
  • Experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades (training provided if needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and project management software.
