Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive growth and innovation across our real estate and construction divisions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage social media platforms, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights that support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will create engaging content, develop and execute campaigns, track market and competitor trends, and generate weekly and monthly marketing reports. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to align long-term marketing strategies with business growth goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales and acquisitions teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics and ROI.
  • Work with external creatives when necessary.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, creativity, results-driven approach, and excellent communication skills.

Location and Environment

Must be located in Colombia – Remote.
