
Remote Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a friendly, empathetic and resourceful individual to join our remote support team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing kind, clear and helpful responses to customer inquiries via chat, email or phone.
About the Role:
- Connect with customers to answer questions and resolve issues
- Assist with product inquiries, order tracking and returns
- Deliver high-quality service by staying up-to-date with product knowledge and support practices

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of customer service experience in e-commerce or remote support
- Experience with platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify (or a fast learner)
- Patient and responsible problem-solver
- Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Work from Home Requirements:
- Your own computer or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent
- A reliable internet connection with minimum 15 Mbps upload/download speed
