Digital Operations and Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing monthly reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.
- Create comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights into our business performance.
- Analyse reservations, account development, and Airbnb quality scores to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on Airbnb & Booking.com.
- Resolve listing errors in Guesty, Airbnb, and Booking.com (amenities, descriptions, images, automated messages).
- Set up and optimise new listings (content, pricing, images, co-host onboarding).
- Ensure all listings are tracked in Monday.com.
- Design/update floorplans, maps, and marketing creatives (Illustrator, RoomSketcher, Canva).
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required, including policy, price, and payment changes; create presentations, reports, and one-off creatives.
- Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com (and ideally Guesty).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets).
- Proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution.
- Comfortable managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Experience in short-term rental property management.
- Familiarity with creative tools (Illustrator, Canva, RoomSketcher).
- Knowledge of pricing optimisation and platform integrations.
- Work with a growing international property management company.
