Digital Operations Specialist

This is a remote position offering growth opportunities and flexibility.
You will be responsible for setting up and configuring software to meet business needs, customizing settings, ensuring integration with existing tools, and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities- GHL Software Setup and Configuration: Align software settings with business goals.
- Process Automation: Implement automated workflows, create campaigns, and optimize efficiency.
- Lead Management: Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels; configure scoring and segmentation.
- CRM Management: Customize and manage the CRM to meet business needs.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop marketing campaigns using GHL; track email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
- Client Communication: Configure communication channels within GHL (email, SMS, chat); set up appointment scheduling and reminders.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create reports and dashboards in GHL; monitor key metrics and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in using Go High Level for automation and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective client-facing abilities.
