Financial Reporting Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Specialist to support our financial reporting needs. This is a full-time remote role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Assist with monthly financial close and related activities
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Process invoices and manage accounts receivables
- Manage accounts payable, including approval workflows
- Communicate with tax agencies and respond to client inquiries
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
- Ensure quality standards are met and engagement matters are identified and communicated
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in web-based accounting software applications
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Multitasking abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and social skills
- Able to receive feedback and adapt to change
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or requisite work experience
