Marketing and Communications Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global talent acquisition marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across regions to attract top talent.
  • Provide expert consultative services to regional teams on paid advertising types and campaigns based on platform knowledge and market insights.
  • Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.
  • Analyze the efficiency of paid content types based on evaluation of key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform (e.g., Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to be flexible during the creative process and shift priorities for business needs.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or a certificate from a creative design program.
