As a strategic financial leader, you will be responsible for driving the company's financial strategy and vision.

Key responsibilities include leading and directing the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information to the board and departments and divisions. You will develop and lead the evolution of the company's financial reporting processes and business systems. Support the MD and the company in the budgetary planning and forecasting processes.

Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls and reconciliations are performed properly. Produce and interpret management accounts. Ensure the year-end audit is performed properly. Generate and maintain the group's cash flow and budgeting requirements.

Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory matters. Financial planning (forecasting and budgeting) is also a key responsibility. Reporting of budget variances and cost control is essential.

Requirements:
  • Accounting qualification, ACA/ACCA or CIMA.
  • 5 to 7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role (Financial Manager or FD).
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Experience working with financial forecasting software is a strong advantage.
