Data Entry and Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a System Implementation Specialist. This role involves efficiently inputting data into client systems, maintaining data accuracy and integrity, and ensuring that data aligns with client requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems.
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies and errors as needed.
- Ensure data is entered in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Functional Computer Skills: Proficiency in using spreadsheet & task management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Monday.com).
- Basic understanding of data entry software and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor computer-related issues.
- Excellent comprehension of written English.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to changes in processes and systems.
