Quality Assurance Specialist

Evaluate and assess online content in the local language using proprietary rating systems and guidelines. Tasks include reviewing web pages, links, and questions, with occasional research to ensure accurate assessments. This flexible role is remote and typically requires 5-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate information presented in the rater's local language based on provided guidelines and instructions.
  • Log onto the online proprietary rating system(s), which may vary by specific rating programs.
  • Use a personal computer or mobile device for tasks completed remotely.
  • Perform ratings in an analytical manner, demonstrating familiarity with various online research tools.
  • May provide comments in English.
  • Tasks involve evaluating web pages with information, links, and questions for the rater to answer.
  • Some tasks require outside research on the web; some do not.
  • Tasks may also involve working with mobile smartphones (Android or iOS).
  • Raters complete the task, submit it, then receive and work on another task.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with online research tools.
  • Ability to work remotely using a personal computer or mobile device.
  • Ability to provide occasional comments in English.
