Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Web Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat.
  • Identify problems and offer tailored recommendations to improve clients' online presence.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and our production team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope and timelines are met.
  • Proactively suggest ways to enhance clients' online presence through industry best practices.
  • Design visually appealing and functional websites that meet client needs.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering high-quality solutions and timely updates.
  • Assist in tracking web project issues and driving resolution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in customer support with a focus on serving clients in the U.S./North America.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Great analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with website content management and internet-related products is a plus.
