Senior Project Coordinator

As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing new orders for business customers across various services. Unlike traditional approaches, you will take ownership of orders from initiation to completion, eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

This is a Full-Time position with 100% remote work arrangement, requiring no travel to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with internal and contracted resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the delivery life cycle.
  • Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes.
  • Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.
  • Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers.
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
  • Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources.
