About the RoleThis position plays a crucial role in ensuring the completeness of checks sent out for clearing, responsible for call backs of transactions and encoding of accounting entries. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities- Verify the accuracy of checks sent out for clearing
- Monitor transaction status and perform call backs as needed
- Encode accounting entries into the General Ledger System
- Generate comprehensive reports on financial activities
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
