About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Daxa Services. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our existing customer base. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Receiving calls from potential customers to convert high-quality leads for sales.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
