Debt Recovery Specialist

Mach Union Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a professional to join our team as a Debt Recovery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue invoices.

You will handle resolution of customer billing issues, monitor accounts receivable balances to reduce delinquency, capture detailed notes of discussions, and send follow-ups as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collection and invoicing processes, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to customers to collect payment for overdue invoices
• Handle resolution of customer billing issues
• Monitor accounts receivable balances to reduce delinquency
• Capture detailed notes of discussions and send follow-ups as required

Requirements:

• Criminology Graduate (preferred) with a strong understanding of collection and invoicing processes
• Elementary, High School, Senior High School, Vocational or College Level with relative experience in collection and issuing invoices
• Non-pro driver's license with ability to drive both motorcycle and 4-wheels (manual and automatic)
