Job Description:
The Clinical Application Specialist works closely with the sales team to meet target sales per assigned area while ensuring customer satisfaction and product effectiveness. This role involves engaging with hospitals and clinics, demonstrating medical equipment, and providing technical and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities:- Support sales strategies within assigned hospitals and clinics.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and generate sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals on hospital equipment usage, features, and benefits.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and visits to hospitals and clinics to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and support services.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, market feedback, and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and advancements in hospital equipment.
