- CUSTOMER INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS
- Develop weekly dashboards and conduct in-depth analyses to identify correlations between business drivers and customer behavior.
- Pursue complex exploratory studies to integrate diverse information and enhance internal department performance.
- MARKETING EFFICIENCY & INNOVATION
- Identify process pain points and create strategic plans to address them within product capabilities.
- Continuously innovate to maximize opportunities aligned with the company's vision.
- PROGRAM EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT
- Drive timely executions and translate brand strategy into optimized solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with readiness partners – Product, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities for all campaigns.
Ensure risk management and implement beta solutions in line with existing control processes.
