Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team of experts. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in strategy and execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering marketing campaigns that consistently generate qualified leads, amplify the client's bold brand, and fuel revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan and launch 1–2 multi-channel campaigns (email newsletters, landing pages, social media amplification).
  • Copywriting: Write (or refine) all core campaign copy, including email newsletters, video sales letters, landing pages, lead magnets, ad copy for LinkedIn/Facebook, and sales enablement content.
  • Newsletters: Oversee the creation and distribution of regular newsletters to ensure timely delivery and optimal performance.
  • Creative Oversight: Review, proof, and approve content produced by designers and video editors.
  • Content Calendar: Manage a rolling calendar covering marketing initiatives, campaigns, and repurposed thought leadership pieces.
  • Re-engagement Campaigns: Coordinate at least one campaign per month targeting alumni, trained individuals, or past clients.
  • Marketing Operations: Oversee workflows, automations, and segmentation for lead nurture and reporting.
  • Reporting: Submit a monthly marketing performance report with insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, an analytical mindset, and be comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on writing and campaign delivery.
