Financial Operations Support Specialist

The role of Financial Operations Support Specialist involves supporting day-to-day financial operations, focusing on expense management, coding accuracy and internal documentation.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure all corporate spend is properly categorized by account and department before month-end close.
- Follow up with cardholders and internal teams to correct or complete financial coding and documentation.
- Proactively identify recurring issues in expense classification and propose solutions.
- Monitor and validate classification of key expense types.
- Assist with gathering and organizing data for monthly financial reporting.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or operations support roles.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup techniques.
- Comfort communicating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and clarify procedures.
