Marketing Role

TalentPop is a fast-growing e-commerce company dedicated to helping brands thrive in today's digital landscape.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to grow reach and engagement. Your role will involve creating engaging content aligned with the brand voice and campaign goals.

You will work closely with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships. Your goal will be to monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.

This position requires strong copywriting and content creation skills, as well as solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting. Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow reach and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.

Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.

Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
