Job Overview

About This Role

The Regional Manager of Facilities is a key member of the SC Johnson headquarters Real Estate & Facilities team. This position ensures SC Johnson assets are operated and maintained in a cost-effective manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance of the 3rd party outsource provider and/or SCJ Facility teams delivering day-to-day facility operations, services and maintenance activities of owned and leased facilities in APAC region.
  • Leverages organization skills, problem-solving, and creative thinking to resolve escalated issues, drive continuous process improvement and team development.
  • Work closely with the global facilities leadership to execute the overall global and regional objectives and implement regional-specific operating strategies that achieve long-term asset management plans to ensure assets and facilities are operated and maintained in a manner that preserves or maximizes their useful economic life.
  • Periodically visits the sites in the region to meet with the local site FM teams and key client contacts to collaborate and ensure processes are developed/implemented and preventive maintenance programs are in place complying with global standards.
