Job Overview

As a highly organized Sourcing Representative, you will play a key part in identifying and onboarding qualified factories to support our global manufacturing marketplace.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of local manufacturing landscapes.

The Role

  • Source Factories: Identify and vet suitable factories in your region to fulfill RFQs across various product categories.

  • Assign RFQs: Assign RFQs to selected factories via our internal operations platform.

  • Follow Up for Submissions: Ensure factories submit quotes promptly by actively following up and providing necessary support.

  • Upload Quotes: If needed, upload quotes on behalf of factories that are unfamiliar with or unable to use the system.

  • Factory Onboarding: Guide factories through our onboarding process and ensure they are trained on how to use our platform.

  • Meet SLA Targets

  • Maintain Records: Keep clear documentation of factory status, submissions, and escalations in our CRM or tracking tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of local factory networks

  • Proficiency in English and either Mandarin (for China-based candidates) or Spanish (for South America-based candidates)

  • Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or logistics

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines
