Presales (AI Factory)

FPT Smart Cloud is hiring a Presales Specialist for our AI Factory team to support sales by delivering technical expertise, crafting tailored AI solution proposals, and engaging closely with clients to address their needs. As an NVIDIA CSP Partner, we are investing $200 million in the AI Factory project, equipped with NVIDIA's advanced H100 and H200 GPUs and AI Enterprise frameworks. This initiative delivers GPU Cloud services to accelerate AI applications like Generative AI, enhance productivity, and support the development of high-value AI platforms for diverse industries.

• Leading Product consulting process to customers (Vietnam, Japan and other countries worldwide).
• Introducing AI Factory products (GPU Cloud, AI Platform services…) to customers
• Analyze customer requirements and propose optimized GPU Cloud solutions tailored for AI/ML, deep learning, or heavy graphics applications.
• Design GPU Cloud infrastructure architecture and plan project implementation.
• Research and Development: Stay updated on new technologies and trends in GPU Cloud; participate in research and development of new products/services based on GPU Cloud.
• Business Support: Collaborate with the sales team to design solution packages that meet market demands; present and demonstrate solutions to customers and partners; manage and track dependencies across teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Cloud Computing, GPU Cloud, or AI/ML-related areas.
• In-depth knowledge of GPU Cloud services from major providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or on-premise solutions.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container management tools.
• Experience in deploying AI/ML models on GPU Cloud. Programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch are a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, consulting, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good English skills (especially for technical communication and documentation).
