About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Architect to spearhead our projects, leveraging their expertise to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, adept at managing complex projects and fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to clients, ensuring successful project planning, design, and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to drive innovative ideas and optimize project outcomes.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Recruit, train, and lead high-performing project teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice.
  • CD portfolio showcasing work samples with descriptions of your role, project details, and contributions.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and/or other architectural software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours.
