Job Overview

This role encompasses the strategic leadership and technical direction of our enterprise solutions, focusing on NetSuite-based development. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will oversee multiple engineering teams, drive technical excellence in NetSuite platform development, and set architectural integrity across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop leadership talent, foster ownership, remove blockers, and create an inclusive environment while managing multiple enterprise engineering teams.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions.
  • Lead managers and grow leadership talent across NetSuite development teams.
  • Ensure scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies.
  • Drive custom NetSuite development including SuiteBundler/SuiteApp and SuiteFlow implementations.
  • Maintain code quality standards and ensure security compliance with ERP best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers.
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional leadership experience.
