Sales Team Lead

The Area Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and excellence within the assigned region. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide sales personnel to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to sales personnel to ensure they meet their sales targets and adhere to company policies.
- Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of sales personnel and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and competencies.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales personnel.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may impact sales performance, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with sales personnel, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Store Visits and Sales Support: Conduct regular store visits to provide sales support, check inventory levels, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Product Introduction and Promotion: Introduce new products to customers, negotiate discounts, and provide promotional support to drive sales growth.
- New Account Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Education: College graduate of Business or Economics degree holder.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales and account management.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Assigned location (GMA) Metro Manila.
