This Art Director role is perfect for someone who wants to shape the visual identity of a brand and drive engagement through compelling digital content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and branding, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals, overseeing the creation of high-quality visual assets, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive storytelling across campaigns, provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, and conduct design critiques and approve creative assets.

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design tools like Figma.
  • Understanding of how design impacts eCommerce performance and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
