Key Responsibilities:

  • Process timely and accurate payroll data, including timekeeping and payroll systems for all employees.
  • Run daily, weekly, and semi-monthly variance reports to ensure compliance with time and attendance guidelines.
  • Work closely with management to bring employees into compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in preparation of pre-payroll processing activities.
  • Process payroll for employees twice a month.
  • Review payroll transactions and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years work-related experience in BPO or Shared Services environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in QuickBooks software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
