Job Description

The position of Associate Solutions Consultant involves working as part of a team responsible for the implementation of revenue cycle technology. This includes tasks such as developing design documentation, translating Visio documentation to pseudocode, and analyzing user acceptance testing results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in assessment meetings with the Accounts Receivable Services department to ascertain existing workflow processes and develop design documentation.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Responsible for translating Visio documentation to pseudocode intended for the Development and QA Teams.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results.
  • Ability to work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations.
  • Support clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with the Development and QA Teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
