Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, overseeing and administering Microsoft 365 services, configuring and managing Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management, deploying and optimizing Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security, supporting and maintaining cloud infrastructure within Azure, and ensuring regular backups and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.

Additionally, you will work closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager and other teams to support business objectives, maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures, and assist with IT projects, migrations, and deployments as needed.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of IT infrastructure engineering experience, focusing on Microsoft technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
  • Experience with Intune for device and application management
  • Familiarity with security tools like Microsoft Defender and compliance solutions like Purview
  • Exposure to scripting and automation using PowerShell
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent are advantageous
