Job Title: Business Optimization Analyst - Forecasting and Strategy

The primary focus of this role is to analyze and optimize spending plans to drive business success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for evaluating the impact of our financial decisions on user growth, seller satisfaction, and overall profit/loss.

  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing spending plans to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement statistical models to predict optimal spending levels, taking into account qualitative and quantitative factors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to ensure alignment and adaptability in spending plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing eCommerce trends and build forecast models to inform strategic decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Finance, or a related field is necessary, along with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
