Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Closing Coordinator to join our team. As a Closing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the closing process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary documents are completed accurately and efficiently.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the closing process, including reviewing and preparing documents, calculating prorated taxes and interest, and disbursing funds.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of experience in a related role, such as Escrow Officer, Closing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, or Real Estate Paralegal.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and other relevant software applications.
