You'll be responsible for designing and implementing the core infrastructure of a global SaaS platform. The database clusters, load balancers, and Linux/Azure systems you manage are critical to the platform's speed, reliability, and scalability.

This is a 100% remote opportunity with no travel to customer locations.

  • Designing and implementing MariaDB clustering and replication strategies for high availability.
  • Administering Ubuntu Linux servers on Azure VMs, including patching, tuning, and automation.
  • Managing and optimizing Azure resources including Traffic Manager, load balancers, and networking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a MySQL or Maria DBA (cloud or hybrid).
  • Strong skills in MariaDB clustering and replication preferred but not required.
  • Hands-on Linux (Ubuntu) and Azure administration experience.
  • Performance tuning, backup, and disaster recovery know-how.
