We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at E&V Water and Life Philippines Inc.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the organization, including recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits administration, and skills management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reference checks for all level positions, facilitate the job offer and the discussion of pre-employment requirements, and facilitate onboarding and employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and resolve employee concerns related to payroll and benefits.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity, and provide guidance on HR-related matters to managers and supervisors.
- Stay up-to-date with changing legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, and advise management on HR best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably as HR Generalist/Business Partner.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, HR software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment, and perform independently, dynamic and team spirit, and respect for diversity and inclusion.
