Job Description

As a senior-level marketing professional, you will lead our marketing strategy and execution as we prepare to enter international markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing paid advertising, email marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics reporting.

You will oversee the development and enhancement of the brand to resonate with international markets while maintaining consistency and authenticity. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with a passion for scaling e-commerce businesses and breaking into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to expand into international markets.
  • Design and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Oversee email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive customer retention and conversion.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to optimize the website for higher conversion rates and improved customer experience.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in scaling e-commerce businesses from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets, particularly the US and UK.
  • Hands-on experience with brand development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, SEO, and CRO.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a track record of managing or building marketing teams.
