Home Health Care Administrator

This clinical expert will oversee intake coordination, compliance, and documentation in a fast-paced home healthcare environment. As the key liaison between physicians, nurses, patients, and administrative staff, you'll ensure seamless patient care and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new patient intake, ensuring adherence to CMS and California state regulations.

  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to review, write, and edit high-level clinical notes.

  • Manage referrals, authorization statuses, and admission workflows daily.

  • Support administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications.

  • Act as the primary liaison for field clinicians and doctors to streamline documentation and provide timely patient care.

  • Utilize DataSoft Logic and Axxess systems to manage documentation, compliance, and reporting workflows.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, clinicians, and administrative teams.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Intake Coordination experience in the United States, preferably in California's home health sector.

  • Clinical credentials: Registered Nurse (RN), Doctor (MD), or high-level clinical healthcare expert.

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in healthcare, ideally in home health.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with a clear and understandable accent.

  • Proven experience with DataSoft Logic and Axxess platforms.

  • Familiarity with Medicare/Medi-Cal intake protocols, Plan of Care documentation, and OASIS standards.

  • Ability to handle multiple intakes daily with precision, urgency, and clinical accuracy.
