Technology Architect Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect to join our cross-functional team responsible for shaping customer engagement and digital identity capabilities. This includes driving architecture for CRM systems, SIM registration, and secure customer interactions across channels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design & Develop Solutions: Create high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) from architecture blueprints, utilizing reusable assets and co-designing user-centric interfaces.
  • Lead Cloud-Native Solution Designs: Leverage managed services, cost-efficient patterns, and multi-region architectures on GCP and/or AWS.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Embed DevSecOps principles, automation, and performance optimization through partnership with engineering leads, product owners, and security teams.
  • Evaluate & Define Architectural Guidelines: Ensure delivery squads align with enterprise and tribe-level architecture vision.
  • Innovate Systems Supporting Customer View: Implement systems supporting a 360° customer view, identity federation, and compliance-driven workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Solutions Architecture: At least 15 years of total experience, with a minimum of 10 years in Solutions Architecture.
  • CRM Platforms & Case Management Solutions: Experience in CRM platforms and case management solutions.
  • Identity Management & SIM Registration Systems: Familiarity with Identity Management, SIM registration systems, or SCV implementations.
  • Cloud Platforms & Security: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), including IAM, networking, and multi-region design with a focus on cost-efficiency.
  • Programming Languages & Frameworks: Strong skills in Java, Python, Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed system design.
  • API Design & Security: Expertise in REST API design, security, governance, and third-party integrations.
  • Data Storage & Messaging: Solid background with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
  • CI/CD Pipelines & Docker: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
