Digital Infrastructure Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Architect to join our Order Management Tribe, focusing on designing scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions supporting digital order lifecycles.

This role involves driving architecture that supports omni-channel order capture, orchestration, and fulfillment across complex ecosystems. It requires a deep understanding of processes, modern architectural practices, and hands-on experience in cloud-native platforms.

1. Design & Develop: End-to-end solutions within and across multiple Core Tribes, aligning with business objectives. This includes creating high-level (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD), utilizing reusable assets from Centers of Enablement, and co-designing user interfaces.
2. Lead Architecture: Of order capture and management systems based on industry standards. Define and enforce architecture standards, guardrails, and governance within the domain.
3. Collaborate: With product owners, tribe leads, and delivery squads to decompose epics into feasible, scalable solutions. Support development through architecture reviews, documentation, and guidance.
4. Evaluate & Conduct Assessments: Feasibility studies, gap analyses, and identifying the optimal tech stack for business needs, ensuring solutions are secure, cost-effective, and optimized for cloud infrastructures.
5. Innovate: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance and future-proof solutions.

• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 10 years in Solutions Architecture.
• Domain expertise, especially in Order Management, BSS, and service fulfillment workflows.
• Experience with industry standards, specifically TMF641 and TMF622.
• Proficiency in GoLang development or system architecture based on Go.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, especially in AWS Aurora, Cassandra, and GCP.
• Experience with MongoDB and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud orchestration.
• Hands-on experience designing APIs, including RESTful interfaces aligned with industry standards.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
