We are seeking a Solution Architect to join the CRM and Identity Tribe, a cross-functional team responsible for shaping Globe Telecom's customer engagement and digital identity capabilities. This includes driving architecture for CRM systems, SIM registration, and secure, seamless customer interactions across channels. You will play a pivotal role in designing secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions that unify customer journeys and support regulatory compliance.

• Design & Develop solutions across CRM, Identity, and SIM Registration platforms focusing on scalability, security, and user-centricity. Create high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) from architecture blueprints, utilize reusable assets from Centers of Enablement (C4E), and co-design user-centric interfaces.
• Lead cloud-native solution designs on GCP and/or AWS, leveraging managed services, cost-efficient patterns, and multi-region architectures.
• Collaborate and partner with engineering leads, product owners, and security teams to embed DevSecOps principles, automation, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate and define architectural guidelines and patterns, ensuring delivery squads align with enterprise and tribe-level architecture vision.
• Innovate and implement systems supporting a 360° customer view, identity federation, and compliance-driven workflows (e.g., SIM registration).

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• At least 15 years of total experience, with a minimum of 10 years in Solutions Architecture.
• Experience in CRM platforms and Case Management solutions.
• Familiarity with Identity Management, SIM Registration systems, or SCV (Single Customer View) implementations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), including IAM, networking, and multi-region design with a focus on cost-efficiency.
• Strong skills in Java, Python, Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed system design.
• Expertise in REST API design, security, governance, and third-party integrations.
• Solid background with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.

Preferred Attributes:

• Understanding of digital identity patterns such as federation, SSO, and customer profile unification.
• Skills in designing for privacy, data protection, and compliance (e.g., SIM laws, data residency).
• Knowledge of frontend-backend patterns (e.g., React) for omnichannel experiences.
• Strong communication skills to align solutions with business and regulatory needs.
