We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Records Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, product inventory, and payments.
  • Conduct daily bookkeeping reviews for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closings.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Redirect incoming calls and inquiries appropriately.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Reorder office supplies as necessary.
Requirements
  • A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
  • Bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work on-site.
