Manage internet service issues for our customers as a Senior ISP Escalation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor internet service disruptions using proactive tools and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with Internet Service Providers to resolve outages and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of escalated cases to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Buildeffective relationships with ISP representatives for swift communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in network operations, technical support or similar field.
  • Familiarity with NOC monitoring tools, ticketing systems and performance reporting tools is beneficial.
  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to analyze complex cases and identify trends, bottlenecks and potential issues in case resolution.
