The primary function of this role is to develop, maintain, and enhance software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can translate business requirements into technical specifications by working closely with product owners and stakeholders.
  • This position involves designing, developing, and implementing new features/software products while enhancing/maintaining existing ones.
  • The ideal candidate will perform QA testing on their work and that of others to ensure the reliability of our products.
  • They will review pull requests, ask clarifying questions, provide constructive guidance, and maintain a healthy codebase.
  • A key responsibility of this role is ensuring timely delivery of software projects while upholding established quality standards.
  • The successful candidate will continually enhance their technical knowledge and share insights with the team.
  • They will assist in diagnosing system issues and implementing effective resolution strategies.
  • Additionally, they will identify, solve, and preempt problems related to software development and project delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development encompassing frontend, backend, and DevOps.
  • Proficiency in Java frameworks, especially Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures and deployment tools.
  • Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • A willingness to work with legacy code and knowledgeable about current and emerging technologies.
