A highly skilled and organized Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal is sought to play a critical role in case preparation and management. This professional will maintain organized legal files, coordinate deadlines, and provide consistent support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Critical Case Preparation: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive File Management: Organize and maintain comprehensive legal files, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Thorough Research: Conduct thorough legal and factual research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Proactive Support: Provide proactive administrative and litigation support throughout all phases of case management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Litigation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Case Management Systems: Proficiency with case management systems (Clio, PracticePanther, or equivalent).
  • Legal Research Tools: Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or PACER.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Civil Litigation Experience: Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or commercial disputes.
  • E-Discovery Platforms: Familiarity with e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Concordance).
  • Client Intake: Experience with client intake and fact gathering.
  • Trial Presentation Software: Proficiency in trial presentation software (TrialDirector, CaseMap).
