About the Role

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team as a Technical Expert, focusing on resolving complex technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime.

The primary goal of this role is to serve as the highest level of technical escalation within the support team. As a Technical Expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce and resolve enquiries, provide technical support through various channels, and identify fixes and develop code.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Product, Tech, and Data teams to reproduce and resolve enquiries
  • Supporting internal business stakeholders on questions about platform functionality
  • Providing technical support through Zendesk, JIRA, and phone
  • Identifying fixes and developing code
  • Configuring servers and networks in the Cloud
  • Updating database records to keep client records up-to-date

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Expert with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong academic foundation from reputable universities
  • Demonstrated track record in well-established or recognized organizations
  • Experience as a Software Engineer (5+ years)
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer-attentiveness and experience facing customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with JavaScript tech stack (Node, NestJS, React, Vue)
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS)
  • Bitbucket and GitHub CI/CD knowledge
  • Proficiency in reading logs (e.g., Splunk)
  • Understanding load testing tools and analyzing results
