Job Description
  1. Coordinate and manage packaging projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Ensure effective communication among designers, clients, and production teams.
  4. Manage project tracking, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  5. Verify that all files meet print and brand standards before final submission.
  6. Perform quality checks and approvals for packaging artwork.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within a packaging, design, or creative environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of packaging artwork and print production processes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with 3D software such as Blender, Adobe Dimension, or similar tools is an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independent worker with strong problem-solving abilities.
