What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our client's construction project in Ortigas. This is a 12-month contract role focused on ensuring timely and efficient manpower allocation to meet the project's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the client and project managers to determine manpower requirements for the construction project.
  • Source, allocate, and mobilize skilled and unskilled workers to the project site promptly.
  • Maintain an updated database of manpower, including qualifications, certifications, and availability.
  • Monitor workforce attendance and performance on-site, addressing any issues or shortages swiftly.
  • Ensure all manpower complies with health, safety, and project-specific requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for manpower coordination between the client and workers.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on manpower deployment and productivity.
Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in manpower coordination, project coordination, or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle urgent project demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with clients, workers, and managers.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and safety standards in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project environment.
