- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in network operations or IT systems.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
