About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Billing & Accounting Specialist with expertise in auditing software systems and UPS/FedEx invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies. Your analytical skills will ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of UPS/FedEx invoices to detect billing errors, overcharges, and discrepancies.
  • Review and assess software systems for precision, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop controls to prevent future discrepancies and optimize processes.
  • Stay updated on relevant shipping and billing industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Proven accounting experience, specifically within logistics or warehousing companies.
  • Experience in auditing, invoicing, billing, and data analysis is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in auditing tools and software, with advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
