Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage and maintain relationships with educational institutions, employment agencies, and other sources for applicants
  • Conduct regular meetings with site stakeholders to review hiring needs and recruiting activities
  • Develop and provide innovative solutions to meet staffing needs and attract applicants
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal law regarding staffing and hiring practices
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6-8 years proven talent acquisition experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Supervisor high volume/high growth recruitment in a BPO setting
  • Proven knowledge of human resource law, practices, and procedures
  • Proven effective written and oral communication skills
  • Proven skills in building strong working relationships with management, peers, and subordinates
